SHIPPING AND HANDLING FAQ
1. General shipping info
I package and ship everything myself, from my homestudio in Slovenia, through the local post office – Pošta Slovenije. Orders are shipped at least once a week - usually around the start and the end of the week.
For EU orders, packages should arrive within 1-2 weeks.
For international orders, it can take 3-5 weeks or longer during holiday season such as Christmas.
The post will be delivered by your local post service - they might be worth contacting if you've been waiting for a while!
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER ON THE ORDER FORM IS CORRECT AND UP TO DATE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. If you order with the wrong address and your order is returned to me, I will get in touch with the email address linked to your order. I can offer a refund for the item(s) (but not shipping) or resend your order if you pay again for postage. Unclaimed items and/or items with inncorrect addresses can take 2-3 months to get back to me. If you have entered the wrong address on the form, please email the correct address at grrreenrat@gmail.com.
All sales are final. This is a one-person operation, so please make sure you read the description of the item(s) before purchasing and check the shipping time before committing to purchase.
2. Orders not arriving or are damaged
If your order has not arrived within two months of the shipping confirmation, please get in touch.
If your order arrives damaged, please send me photos of the packaging and the product itself. Without photos I cannot claim for compensation for your order, so it is very important that you send these.
